The Incorporated Church of Ireland Young Men’s Association trading as Garryduff Sports Centre (“the Club”) is a Company Limited by Guarantee and is registered under Part 18 of the Companies Act 2014.

The rules of the Club are set out in the Articles of Association which provide that the Club is governed by a General Committee of Management (“Management”).

Management consists of Trustees, the President, Vice Presidents, an Honorary Secretary, an Honorary Treasurer, six elected members and nominated members.

Several sections are formed under the Club, namely:

• Cork Church of Ireland Hockey Club;
• ICICYMA Bowling Club;
• Garryduff Badminton Club;
• Garryduff Tennis Club.

The rules of the Club provide that each section elect their own officers and frame their own rules subject in every case to the approval and supervision of Management and to the provisions and conditions set out in the Articles of Association.

Each section must be governed by:

• A Club Captain;
• A Treasurer;
• A Secretary;
• A Committee

The members of each section committee must be members of the Club. Each committee must nominate on member to Management.
