We had 6 teams with 34 girls representing 5th class playing teams from Harlequins, Fermoy and Bandon. This was their first blitz with the new 15M scoring zone which took a little adjustment but allowed the girls more scoring opportunities, which they took advantage of!

We saw some brilliant defending too - with the block tackle proving very popular. Their technical and match play skills are definitely improving !

Despite the damp conditions, all of the girls enjoyed themselves and there was some fantastic hockey on display!
