On Wednesday Jamie Horgan captained Ireland U16 in their BearingPoint 4 Nations pool game against the Netherlands.

The Ireland boys were fantastic throughout the game. In the first half Ireland soaked up a lot of pressure, but in the second half the boys in green were in the ascendancy.

A fantastic save from the Dutch keeper denied Jamie the winner from a short corner in the 4th quarter.

Ireland finishing strongly with a 4-2 defeat of the Welsh in the placing playoffs. Louis McDaid and Jamie played starring roles.

Well done to Jamie and Louis for representing the club so well on the highest stage at their home ground.
